Start ToR Connector and leave it running.
Return to ToR and click `Check My Setup`.

Download the ToR connector files onto this PC.
Run the trust step in Windows so your browser recognizes ToR Connector.
Start ToR Connector and leave it running.
Return to ToR and click `Check My Setup`.
